Do you accept commissions?

Yes! If you would like a custom piece made by Elle or Carolyn, please reach out! Once size, colours and design are discussed, you will need to pay a 40% deposit. The remaining payment is due upon completion of the work, and before delivery or postage of your item.

What is your shipping policy?

Shipping is free for art going to an Australian address via regular post. There is a small fee if you would like the artwork shipped express.

For orders outside of Australia, shipping is charged depending on the weight and size of the product. If you would like your purchase shipped overseas, please get in touch and I can give you a quote. Please note, if you are happy for the painting to be taken off its frame and sent in a rolled tube, it will be cheaper! This may not be possible for all works, depending if they are mixed media or not.

What is your refund policy?

All items are non refundable for change of mind purchases. If a painting, print or product arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging prior to opening the delivery and also of the damaged artwork/product, and immediately contact Elle so she can arrange repair, replacement or refund.

Colour discalimer.

It's important to note that colours may look different on a real product than what you see on your computer monitor, tablet or smartphone device. If in doubt, please reach out to Elle for more photos and video content to ensure you are happy with the item before you make a purchase.
